I am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY33779) in the state of California. I studied psychology at the University of California, Santa Cruz and earned my doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. I have provided therapy to individuals across the lifespan and have been in private practice since 2019.
I completed my internship training at Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) and my postdoc at Kaiser Permanente, San Francisco.
I work with teens, adults and older adults to improve their quality of life. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative and integrative (e.g., CBT, ACT, solution-focused, etc.). My specialties include: stress management, trauma and substance recovery/addiction. I also provide support to individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, sleep issues, acculturation (e.g., immigration) and with concerns related to grief.
Together, we explore the biological, psychological, and socio-cultural aspects of your life in order to help facilitate decision-making, increase self-worth and improve interpersonal relationships.
