I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PSY33779) based in California. I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and completed my doctorate in clinical psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology in San Francisco. I have been in private practice since 2019, and have provided therapy to individuals across the lifespan.
My clinical training includes an internship at Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI) and a postdoctoral fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco.
I work with teens, adults, and older adults to help improve their overall quality of life. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and integrative, drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused techniques.
My areas of specialty include stress management, trauma, and substance use recovery. I also support individuals coping with depression, anxiety, sleep difficulties, grief, and acculturation-related challenges, including immigration experiences.
In our work together, we’ll explore the biological, psychological, and socio-cultural factors influencing your life to support meaningful decision-making, build self-worth, and strengthen your relationships.
